After my Moms death I had a very old house to sell. The property is beautiful but the house needs lots of work. I contacted Jennifer to see if she would list it for me. She took on the challenge enthusiastically.
Jennifer was very friendly and helpful to me, as I had never sold a house before. Their office is one and a half hours from the house for sale. Jennifer came out to the country and met with me for about 3 hours.
She was very patience and explained everything I needed to know. She even went to the town hall to inform herself on the town’s rules on selling an old property. I was very impressed.
Fiona drove out late one Friday night to put up the For Sale signs. Jennifer took pictures showing the possibilities of renovating showing the good points of the house and land. They were very accommodating when it came to showing it to interested clients. These are very energetic ladies with much knowledge of the real estate world. I would highly recommend them. –Linda Fry
