Discipline Committee
Any broker or agent who does not act in accordance with the Act and the regulations governing the profession could be summoned to appear before the Association’s Discipline Committee, which has the authority to impose fines, suspend violators or even revoke their right to practice.
It cannot, however, compensate or indemnify victims.
