In the North part of Dorval, you can certainly get a bang for your buck. The homes are a little bit less then the well sought after South West area. A lot of people are worried about the planes. Talking to people living in the area, it all depends on you and what you are willing to live with. I know people who say that they can’t even hear them anymore and some say that they just can’t deal with it. The busiest time for the planes in around 5:00pm, so I suggest if you are interested in buying a home in that area, to go and stand around for an hour and check it out to determine whether it’s acceptable for you.
