Go outside and view the home as if it\u2019s the first time you are visiting this house and ask yourself the following questions:\u2022 How does the house present itself at first glance. Would you notice the house when driving by?
\u2022 Is there an abundance of plantings in the front?<\/p>\n

\u2022 Is the front appealing to passersby?
\u2022 Is there anything blocking the main entrance door?
\u2022 Is the main entry way welcoming?
\u2022 Does the main door open easily?
\u2022 Once inside, is the entryway cluttered?
\u2022 How does the energy flow through the rooms?
\u2022 Is there a lot of clutter everywhere?
\u2022 Are there any unfinished projects or unrepaired holes etc. that need to be attended to?
\u2022 Are the wall colours easily adapted to any furniture type or style
\u2022 Are the rooms dark and stuffy or are they bright and airy?
\u2022 Do the rooms feel overloaded with furniture?
\u2022 Is there a smell in the home such as from a beloved pet?
\u2022 Are your kitchen and bathrooms in need of a facelift?
