This seems to be one of the last place on the West part of Montreal that you can get a nice 3 bedroom bungalow with a finished basement, large yard and with or without a garage for around $300,000. Most of the real estate homes were built in the 1940-1950\u2019s and have had lots of upgrades done to them.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #333333;\"><b>February 2019 update<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #333333;\">Cote-St-Luc area, the prices have gone up quite a bit, starting at $465K. The housing prices start in the lower $100K for real small fixer-uppers and up to dollars in the millions for the mansions on the waterfront.<\/span><\/span><\/p><h3 class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #333333;\"><b>February 2019 update<\/b><\/span><\/h3><p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #333333;\">The lowest price home in Dorval North is $250K and then jumps to $350K and higher. The market is still mostly under $500K for houses in that neighbourhood. For the South part of Dorval, it\u2019s still economical. You can find enough to choose from under $550K.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"p4\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color: #333333;\">Cote-St-Luc area, the prices have gone up quite a bit, starting at $465K. The homes are a little bit less then the well sought after South West<\/span><span class=\"s2\"> and East<\/span><span class=\"s1\"> area<\/span><span class=\"s2\">s<\/span><span class=\"s1\">. A lot of people are worried about the planes. Talking to people living in the area, it all depends on you and what you are willing to live with. I know people who say that they can\u2019t even hear them anymore and some say that they just can\u2019t deal with it.
