No realty fee in Montreal? I say now, why would you want that? If someone can’t even negotiate their own worth, how do you think they are going to stand up and have the power to negotiate your deal and leave money on the table? Hmmm, that is something to ponder.
I have heard of brokers not charging much. From what I have heard though, you don’t get much value. But I guess you get what you pay for. Before you pick your agent/broker to sell your house, find out out how much they charge and what you get for it. From my experience you get what you pay for…and in the long run are you really saving money?
